Digital Show for Partners: An Interactive, Embodied TV Studio
WMH Project designed a digital show for an international retail group aimed at its partner network. The format turns a top-down broadcast into a dialogue: partner questions gathered in advance, a premium studio set, and editorial mechanics embodying a shared collective vision.
Why turn a top-down broadcast into a dialogue?
An established digital touchpoint gains impact when it stops being a mere message broadcast. WMH Project made this edition a co-created moment: partners are invited to submit their questions and express their expectations in advance. These contributions are woven into the show itself, establishing genuine dialogue and reinforcing closeness, transparency and audience engagement.
How does the studio serve the event's signature?
Choosing a more modern, warm and premium set reflects the client's transformation and strategic ambition. The space blends raw wood, glass and LED screens. A central desk structures the space without freezing it, allowing varied configurations: face-to-face, duo or multiple guests. A clean, well-lit stage with an immersive screen highlights speakers and smooths pair demonstrations. Modular co-working areas and a preparation space round out a setup designed to encourage exchange.
How do you materialize partner questions on set?
Questions are translated on set through a thread mechanic: they appear as "destinations" on a board that animates and updates, naturally calling the next one. For each question, the host launches a multi-voice discussion around the desk. Speakers combine their expertise and stakes to deliver a complete answer, making strategic vision and field reality dialogue rather than offering an isolated viewpoint.
Which formats make topics concrete?
Occasionally, the host hands over to one or two speakers in front of the desk, before a large immersive screen turned into an editorial backdrop: presenting a new point of sale, decoding key figures, focusing on a strategic project. This logic extends into video formats designed as true dialogues, including a reversible-sign interview to clarify roles between two complementary universes, and a motion-design "world tour" sequence inspired by the world of travel.
Why invest in hosting such a format?
A bilingual host seasoned in live television and major corporate events ensures a fluid, lively and perfectly held show. Her sense of rhythm and warm style bring relief to speeches without stealing the spotlight, delivering the international touch expected by a group in full transformation.
